As an **Operations Executive**, you will be responsible for: * Managing, organizing, and controlling all property operations, including human resources, budgets, condominium meetings, operational processes, investments and improvements, third-party contracts, utilities, finance, mandatory documentation, and computerized systems. * Planning and monitoring budget forecasts. * Ensuring the building’s sound financial position while safeguarding the full functionality of services provided, respecting quality, deadlines, and cost. * Reviewing and releasing condominium financial reporting folders for submission to the syndic and board members. * Managing the physical and financial aspects of all investments and construction projects approved at condominium meetings. * Guaranteeing excellence in Property operations, contributing to customer satisfaction within deadlines, quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost. * Efficiently allocating human, technical, and material resources within your team. * Verifying the operation of property equipment and overseeing the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Establishing trustworthy relationships with syndics, owners, and occupants. Requirements: To stand out in this role, you must hold a completed undergraduate degree, possess comprehensive knowledge of building operations, demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have prior experience in high-end buildings.
