JUNIOR HELP DESK ANALYST On-site \| 2 openings Responsible for initial technical support to users, with emphasis on incident logging, triaging, and resolution, ensuring agility, organization, and operational continuity of systems. WORK MODEL On-site Monday to Friday Schedule: 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Meal Allowance: R$ 25.00/day (Caju Card) Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (up to R$ 350.00\) IT Training Support (short-term courses or certifications) Birthday Day Off SESC Membership Unimed Health and Dental Plan (after 90 days) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Technology (completed or in progress) Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Basic knowledge of Windows Server users Networking knowledge (switches, routers, cabling) Experience handling service tickets (GLPI preferred) Software and operating system installation and updates Email account configuration Active Directory user creation Strong communication skills with internal and external users PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive Hands-on experience with servers ITIL or similar certifications BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Clear and formal communication Active and patient listening Sense of urgency Organization and accountability Emotional control Solution-oriented mindset MISSION: Ensure high-quality initial technical support to users, resolving requests during the first contact whenever possible, documenting solutions, and escalating incidents in a structured manner.
