### **Job: Senior Human Resources Administration Analyst**
**About the Position:**
We are seeking a **Senior Human Resources Administration Analyst** to work in the Human Resources Department, responsible for executing and verifying labor-related routines, ensuring legal compliance, adherence to deadlines, and accuracy of information submitted to competent authorities—particularly regarding **eSocial**.
### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Execute and verify **hiring, termination, vacation, and leave processes**;
* Process and verify **payroll, social contributions, and ancillary obligations**;
* Manage and monitor **eSocial events**, ensuring correct submission within legal deadlines;
* Control and calculate labor obligations (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, union contributions, etc.);
* Calculate and verify **terminations, vacations, and the 13th salary**;
* Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, medical assistance, etc.);
* Issue and track payment slips (FGTS, INSS, DARF);
* Support employees by clarifying labor-related questions;
* Support internal and external audits by providing documents and reports;
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements;
* Prepare managerial reports and departmental KPIs;
* Support process improvements and automation within the payroll/ERP system.
### **Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
* Solid experience in the **Human Resources Department**;
* Practical and up-to-date knowledge of **eSocial**;
* Experience processing payroll and labor obligations;
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
* Experience with payroll/ERP systems;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
