Internal referrals to specialized departments when necessary. Accurate completion of medical records, patient follow-up, and budget tracking. Contribution to organizing clinical workflows and ensuring excellence in patient care. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but valued): Experience with aesthetic composite resin. Knowledge of digital dentistry (scanners, CAD/CAM workflows). Previous experience in high-demand dental clinics. Commercial mindset, proactivity, and focus on closing treatment plans. Skill in managing anxious patients and building rapport with diverse patient populations. Ongoing professional development (recent participation in courses, immersive training, or specializations).
