After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and schedule maintenance services to be performed by area professionals. * Analyze, study, and investigate the actual needs and potential consequences resulting from equipment or machine failures. * Report incidents and issue maintenance service execution orders. * Record, after maintenance has been completed, the downtime of equipment or machines, labor hours, materials used, parts purchased (if any), etc. * Contact supervisors, generally, to verify whether maintenance services have been or are being carried out correctly and fully meet the company’s needs. * Monitor machine and production line stoppages caused by breakdowns and other incidents. * Ensure necessary resources for maintenance activities, monitoring equipment through maintenance indicators and supporting departmental decision-making with timely information; guarantee that all factory equipment remains in perfect working condition and available for production, focusing on reliability at the lowest possible cost. * Ensure management of the documentation inventory (technical manuals, reports, service orders, and others). * Support leadership to ensure actions taken improve observed maintenance indicators. * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and preservation of natural resources, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * SAP system knowledge is desirable. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Additional information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * Profit-sharing program (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
