




Job Description: Responsibilities: * Lead recruitment processes across various hotel departments, from talent sourcing to onboarding of new employees. * Implement strategies for attracting and retaining qualified professionals. * Supervise and ensure accurate processing of payroll, benefits, vacations, electronic timekeeping, and employment terminations. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and sector-specific union regulations in the hospitality industry. * Design and monitor employee training and continuous development programs. * Conduct internal training sessions and onboarding for new staff. * Implement employee wellness and motivation initiatives. * Conduct organizational climate surveys and propose workplace improvements. * Monitor performance evaluations and support team members’ professional development. * Develop succession plans for strategic positions. * Negotiate and mediate collective bargaining agreements and engage with labor unions. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Manage the hotel’s employee benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and appeal to staff. * Oversee implementation of occupational safety and health regulations. * Monitor accident prevention measures and employee well-being initiatives. Requirements: * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processing, and HR management systems. * Prior experience in this role.
