**Job: Quality Coordinator****About the Position:**

We are seeking a **Quality Coordinator** to lead quality management processes and systems, ensuring excellence in the organization’s products, services, and processes. This professional will act as the liaison between corporate strategy and operations, driving **process standardization, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement**.
We seek a candidate with strong leadership ability, analytical vision, and results orientation—capable of leading teams, implementing improvements, and strengthening a quality culture across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate and ensure execution of processes related to the **Quality Management System (QMS)**;
* Map, review, and standardize internal processes, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and procedures;
* Plan and monitor **material inspections, production processes, and finished products**, ensuring compliance and quality;
* Monitor area **performance indicators (KPIs)**, analyze results, and conduct periodic meetings to define action plans;
* Manage **non-conformance processes**, customer complaints, and corrective and preventive action plans;
* Conduct root cause analyses using quality and continuous improvement methodologies;
* Coordinate internal audits and support external audits and certifications;
* Develop, train, and guide teams on standards, procedures, and quality best practices;
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, reducing defects, and strengthening processes;
* Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations to support decision-making.
**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree completed in **Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields**;
* Proven experience in **quality management**, preferably in an industrial environment;
* Solid knowledge of **Quality Management System (QMS)**;
* Experience with performance indicators, non-conformance management, and audits;
* Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution methodologies;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and leadership capability.
**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Certification as **ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor**;
* Specialization or postgraduate degree in **Quality Management**;
* Experience implementing and maintaining continuous improvement processes;
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma;
* Intermediate English proficiency.
