As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing the company’s and our clients’ technological infrastructure, ensuring security, stability, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle support requests, log incidents, process internal requests, and manage client requests; * Troubleshoot servers, file servers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, storage systems, and other services; * Analyze performance and incidents on Windows Server and Linux operating systems; * Develop and maintain shell and PowerShell scripts to automate tasks; * Participate in client meetings, interacting directly with stakeholders; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related field; * Experience with Linux operating systems (Red Hat / Oracle Linux / Ubuntu); * Experience with Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, and 2019); * Experience with TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory (AD), FTP, and VPN; * Experience with Dell, HP, and Lenovo hardware including RAID configurations; * Experience with firewalls (pfSense); * Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer, Proxmox); * Experience with backup routines and tools; * Knowledge of Bash scripting and DevOps tools; * Knowledge of managed switches and routers; Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Veeam Backup; * LPIC certification; * Fortinet certification; * AWS or OCI certification; **Additional Information** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. * On-call shifts on a rotating schedule with overtime compensation. * Starting salary: BRL 2,831.66. * Meal allowance: BRL 650.00. * Culture allowance to support your personal development. * Opportunities for courses and certifications to enhance your skills. * Internal training programs to broaden your knowledge. * Corporate laptop and mobile phone to facilitate your work. * Health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan. * Personal day off. * Courses and certifications. * Career development plan.
