Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and guiding teams of electricians in industrial electrical maintenance, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems and equipment.

**Responsibilities**
* Lead, guide, and assign tasks to the **maintenance electrician team**, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety.
* Plan, supervise, and perform **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** on industrial electrical systems.
* Ensure the **availability and reliability** of electrical panels, motors, frequency inverters, MCCs, sensors, and instrumentation systems.
* Interpret and apply **electrical diagrams**, control and power schematics.
* Supervise **start-ups, adjustments, and testing** of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
* Ensure compliance with **technical and safety standards** (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-33, NR\-35, among others).
* Conduct and authorize activities using **JSA/PTW**, lead **DDS**, and ensure proper use of **PPE and engineering controls**.
* Support **diagnosis of electrical failures**, defining action plans and technical solutions.
* Manage **materials, tools, and spare parts** for the electrical area.
* Supervise and guide **third-party services**, when required.
* Record and report activities via **daily activity reports (RDO), work orders, and technical reports**.
* **Train, guide, and develop** the team, evaluating both technical and behavioral performance.
* Support planning and execution of **shutdowns, startups, and continuous improvements**.
* Act as the **interface between maintenance, operations, and engineering**, ensuring alignment of activities.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in **industrial electrical maintenance**
* Experience in **team leadership**
* Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and electromechanical equipment
* Valid certifications and up-to-date training (NR\-10 mandatory; NR\-12, NR\-33, and NR\-35 preferred)
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
* Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and safety focus
