The Vetta Team understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration in delivering results that reach across the globe—while simultaneously **transforming each individual’s career.** **If you want to share your perspective toward a more sustainable world, join the Vetta Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this team, you will have the opportunity to:** * Lead IT Infrastructure operations across on-premises and Cloud (Azure) environments. * Ensure execution of critical routines, including backup, virtualization, and data center management. * Lead IT Governance initiatives, focusing on ITSM, process definition, and SLA management. * Supervise Monitoring and Observability operations, ensuring efficiency in alert and incident management. * Work on Information Security, including governance, data protection, and implementation of best practices. * Support Data Privacy initiatives, including personal data mapping. * Manage Customer Support area performance, ensuring reporting, visibility, and actions for continuous improvement. * Lead IT process automation projects using RPA and Power Automate. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and organizational continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor and manage IT financial and vendor management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you for this role:** * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Solid experience in IT Infrastructure, including hands-on work in on-premises and Cloud (Azure) environments. * Experience in IT Governance, including ITSM and SLA management. * Hands-on experience with Monitoring, Observability, alerts, and incidents. * Advanced experience in Information Security and Data Protection. * Knowledge of Data Privacy, including personal data mapping. * Experience in Customer Support, including scenario tracking and executive reporting. * Familiarity with Process Automation (RPA, Power Automate). * Experience in project management and IT financial management. * Experience in vendor management. * Advanced English and interaction with international teams. **What would be a plus:** * Cloud certifications (Azure). * ITIL, COBIT, or similar certifications. * Information Security or Privacy certifications. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** **As a people-first company, we consistently strive to value our team.
