**Requirements**

• Degree in Occupational Safety Engineering or nearing completion
• Strong command of the HSE management system and applicable legislation.
• Ability to serve as a technical reference and develop other professionals.
• Excellent communication and influence skills with leadership.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C logistics operations; supporting multiple operations is a plus.
• Willingness to reside in Extrema - MG
**Responsibilities**
---------------------
• Act as a strategic partner for DHL’s B2B and B2C logistics operations, fostering operational excellence and safe, efficient decision-making.
• Define guidelines and strengthen HSE governance, ensuring legal compliance and maturity of the management system.
• Serve as the technical HSE reference, influencing leadership and supporting the business’s strategic decisions.
• Support operations with strong remote engagement and occasional on-site support, as needed.
• Support automation, mechanization, and operational evolution initiatives, ensuring effective risk management.
