Come learn more! **Responsibilities and Duties** The CD Operations Coordinator will join our SBF recruitment process to keep the ball in play and ensure the game never stops, taking responsibility for the following activities: * Plan, organize, and coordinate receiving, warehousing, order picking, packaging, shipping, and distribution of goods at the distribution center; * Guide the operations team, ensuring adherence to procedures and achievement of productivity and quality targets; * Monitor and control inventory levels, making adjustments and implementing corrective actions as needed; * Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency; * Address operational issues and make decisions related to daily distribution center activities; * Prepare management reports and performance indicators for the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need for this position on the field: * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in business, Supply Chain, or people management; * Certifications in project management or continuous improvement are desirable; * Experience coordinating distribution center or logistics/warehouse operations; * Knowledge of inventory management and processes including receiving, warehousing, order picking, packaging, and shipping of goods; * Familiarity with management and planning tools such as ERP, WMS, and MS Office; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Availability for Shift 1 (T1).
