Production Operator - AMP

Job Summary: Production Operator responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring industrial machinery to ensure production targets, quality, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in the operation and monitoring of industrial machinery. 2. Perform complete setup of injection molding, blow molding, screen printing, and labeling machines. 3. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, TPM). We are hiring a **Production Operator** to directly prepare, operate, and monitor industrial machinery, ensuring achievement of production targets while meeting the company's established quality and safety standards. * Prepare and operate production machinery, performing monitoring and adjustments according to performance indicators * Perform complete setup of injection molding, blow molding, screen printing, and labeling machines, as well as color setups using pigments and inks * Carry out cleaning, lubrication, interventions, and minor repairs on machinery and molds * Initiate maintenance orders (MO) and intervention reports (IR) to request support from the maintenance team * Monitor bottle flow in silos, addressing blockages and automation adjustments as needed * Support assembly of boxes and pallets for finished product storage * Report process deviations, equipment failures, and line-of-production incidents to leadership * Complete inspection checklists (daily, weekly, biweekly), ensuring accuracy of information * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM, and submit suggestions via suggestion cards
