Operate overhead crane with scale to weigh raw materials according to the mixing sheet. · Handle forklift to move molds and raw materials according to the specifications on the mixing sheet. · Weigh raw materials in the horizontal additive mixer, feeding the mixer with the aid of appropriate equipment. · Add water to concrete in the mixer when necessary, and discharge the mixture into wheelbarrows, pouring it into the pieces. · Work with vibration hose and perform surface finishing using a trowel on the pieces. · Monitor the drying process of the pieces, adjusting torches as needed. · Perform finishing on the pieces, including painting and application of compounds. · Load finished pieces onto trucks for shipment using the overhead crane. · Strictly follow safety regulations, using PPE and promoting a safe working environment. · Work together with other operators and support teams, ensuring production continuity. · Participate in meetings, DDS and periodic training sessions to update processes and operating techniques. · Carry out assigned job duties, being aware of and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality and Environment; Job type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$1\.595,77 \- R$2\.559,34 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
