**Job Description:** We are looking for an **Extrusion Operator** to work in the production department, operating extrusion machines with a focus on process quality and efficiency. The professional will be responsible for preparing, adjusting, and operating the extruder, as well as monitoring line performance and ensuring compliance with technical standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, adjust, and operate extrusion machines; * Monitor the extrusion process, checking temperature, pressure, speed, and other technical parameters; * Make adjustments and corrections during operation to ensure final product quality; * Load machines with raw materials and control consumption; * Record production data in reports or systems; * Maintain organization, safety, and proper functioning of equipment and work environment. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Proven experience as an extrusion machine operator; * Technical knowledge of extrusion processes; * Ability to read and interpret technical parameters; * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Availability to work shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses in extrusion processes or plastics technology; Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting at BRL 2,208.14 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Food basket * Free parking * Profit sharing * Meal allowance
