Conduct follow-up with customs brokers and suppliers, prepare reports, obtain freight quotations, and manage documentation. Job Mission: Follow-up on imports; File organization; Preparation and completion of spreadsheets; Control and collections; Sample management and inventory support for the department; Relationship management with customs brokers, agents, and freight carriers.
