Interact directly with clients to clarify doubts, suggest planning, and implement strategies. * Register company departments, positions, working hours, work schedules, and cost centers in the system; * Enroll new employees in the system; * Issue admission documents; * Manage submission of various statutory obligations to eSocial; * Record and analyze employee leaves of absence; * Monitor vacation periods; * Issue vacation notices and receipts; * Issue warnings and suspensions; * Process payroll for companies/employers of medium complexity; * Calculate and verify taxes (FGTS, INSS, IRRF, PIS, contributions, GRRF, DAE, among others); * Verify timekeeping records; * Manage overtime bank accounts; * Prepare severance calculations; * Issue termination documents; * Conduct termination homologations; * Organize digital files; * Submit ancillary declarations (DCTFWeb, DIRF, SEFIP, GRRF, among others); * Implement salary adjustments according to client requests and/or collective bargaining agreements; * Communicate salary adjustments, summaries of collective bargaining agreements, various payment dates, vacation period deadlines, and probationary period deadlines; * Recalculate tax forms; * Instruct clients on occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations; * Record labor lawsuits in the system, transmit them to eSocial, and issue INSS documents; * Analyze inconsistencies in the eSocial platform; * Conduct social security analysis for dual employment relationships; * Serve as legal representative at labor hearings, Ministry of Labor inspections, and union representation. * Provide services to companies/employers with up to 100 employees.

### **Position: Tax Analyst** **About the position:** We are seeking a **Tax Analyst** to work in the company’s tax department, ensuring accurate tax assessment, compliance with ancillary tax obligations, and overall tax compliance.
