We are hiring an Administrative Assistant tasked with supporting the commercial department by providing comprehensive support to the sales process, including documentation and record organization and control, spreadsheet-based data management, and coordination of information across the entire commercial team. **Skills** * Proactivity; * Strong verbal and written communication; * Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams; * Negotiation skills. **Responsibilities** * Directly support the commercial team alongside the accountant in preparing and invoicing proposals; * Receive proposals, create the project folder and subfolders (invoicing, proposals, and measurement); * Create purchase orders and request invoices when products are shipped; * Enter data into the measurement spreadsheet after the invoice is issued; * Send updated weekly measurements to commercial managers at the end of each week; * Contact clients; * Attend construction meetings, updating measurements and status.
