From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain the reliability of electro-electronic equipment on machines used in the can and utilities manufacturing process through scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance, aiming to meet or exceed the planned number of cans to be produced. * Perform corrective electrical and/or electronic maintenance actions on equipment comprising the machines involved in the manufacturing process by understanding functionality (manuals and electrical diagrams), aiming to preserve their operability and availability. * Perform corrective maintenance on general electrical installations by understanding and interpreting layouts (floor plans) and/or electrical diagrams, aiming to optimize electrical intervention time. * Operate substations and control generators and compressors in case of power failure or loss of electricity supply to the Plant, following operational procedures and safety regulations, aiming to restore or shut down power; * Propose process improvements through the development of electrical projects for factory automation and power distribution, aiming for continuous improvement. * Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized according to good manufacturing practices and the 5S methodology, using and encouraging other employees at the workstation to adopt Lean tools and resolve non-conformities identified during audits, in order to optimize processes, prevent accidents, and product contamination. * Comply with all standards and procedures, as well as participate in company programs related to occupational safety, health, environment, etc., aiming to meet legal and internal requirements. **What We're Looking For:** **Required** * Completed technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation (mandatory); *Bachelor's degree does not replace technical degree; * Knowledge in PLC programming - Rockwell; * Knowledge in electrical controls. **Preferred** * Basic technical English; * NR10. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Extrema/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 4x4 shift rotation, shift change every 6 months **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
