**Position: Associate Social Security Lawyer** We are looking for a committed professional with a proactive profile and results focus, who wishes to grow together with the firm and contribute to excellence in client service. **Main responsibilities** * Handle administrative and judicial social security cases; * Draft initial pleadings, appeals, legal submissions, and opinions; * Conduct hearings and carry out tasks at INSS and Judicial Authorities; * Analyze documents and advise clients on social security benefits and reviews; * Support the development of legal strategies and participate in team meetings; * Monitor deadlines, case updates, and performance reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Law** and active **OAB registration**; * Proven experience in the **social security law** field (administrative and judicial); * Excellent legal writing skills and proficiency in PJe, e\-SAJ, and Meu INSS systems; * Collaborative, ethical profile, and committed to results. **Advantages** * Experience with **disability benefits**, **revisions**, and **accident benefits**; * Knowledge of **social security calculations** and tools such as **PREVIUS**; * Availability for in\-person work in **Atibaia/SP**. **Compensation** Associate model, with **participation in fees** according to performance and workload.
