And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! **Position Summary:** The Senior Maintenance Analyst position will operate at our facility in Extrema/MG, responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring plant asset availability and reliability. This role will analyze performance indicators, develop action plans, provide technical support to the maintenance team, and interface with suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational performance standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities. * Develop and update inspection plans in electromechanical and automation areas, considering safety, quality, performance, and asset reliability. * Receive inputs from the technical team and convert them into corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis. * Identify failure causes and propose permanent solutions, promoting continuous improvement and preventing recurrence. * List damaged parts, propose repair alternatives, and maintain up\-to\-date maintenance records. * Interpret technical drawings and sketches, sending specifications to service providers such as machining shops. * Support the technical team with data, manuals, and drawings, and lead the coordination of technical visits. * Prepare reports and presentations with maintenance indicators, department progress, and achieved results. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and food safety standards. * Perform other PCM\-related tasks as required. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering or related fields; Solid experience in maintenance planning and control (PCM), with focus on preventive and predictive maintenance; Knowledge of maintenance management systems (e.g.: SAP, Maximo); Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Office Suite; At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity \& Inclusion.
