




Job Summary: Responsible for customer prospecting and service, proposal issuance, quotation preparation, and post-sales follow-up for radios. Key Highlights: 1. Prospecting new customers; handling customer inquiries via phone, e\-mail, or in person; clarifying doubts and resolving issues; issuing proposals and maintenance requests; selling or renting radios; preparing quotations, contracts, and entering purchase orders into the system; maintaining updated databases and generating sales reports; monitoring customer satisfaction, controlling deliveries, and conducting post-sales follow-up with customers and suppliers; purchasing parts and equipment; completed high school education; strong communication skills (verbal and written), organizational ability, proactivity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); internet proficiency; experience in customer service or administrative support; interpersonal skills
