Come join our team as a **Senior Financial Analyst!** **Key Responsibilities** **Finance, Receivables, and Cash Flow** * Perform accounts receivable routines, including billing, monitoring collections, and delinquency management. * Prepare and analyze managerial financial reports, account positions, and cash flow projections. * Monitor advances, reimbursements, and expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper documentation. **Journal Entries, Reconciliations, and Financial Closing** * Execute financial and accounting journal entries in SAP/RM systems. * Conduct financial, bank, and accounting reconciliations, resolving outstanding items and discrepancies. * Ensure accurate information integration and support monthly financial closing. **Financial Operations, Foreign Exchange, and Contracts** * Manage loans, financing arrangements, and financial contracts, tracking schedules, disbursements, and settlements. * Prepare debt position reports and related financial analyses. * Update, validate, and reconcile foreign exchange information based on official data from the Central Bank, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Monitor specific financial operations (e.g., gold sales), ensuring contractual adherence, volume controls, and traceability. **Systems, Internal Controls, and Auditing** * Perform and maintain financial master data and validate system configurations and integrations in SAP/RM. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, authority matrices, and corporate controls. * Organize and provide information and documents for internal and external audits, offering clarifications whenever necessary. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Economics. **Knowledge** * Experience with financial routines in large enterprises * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Experience managing loans and financing, including external operations * Experience interacting with financial institutions, with focus on negotiations * Desired experience with integrated systems such as RM TOTVS, SAP, or similar platforms **Competencies** * Analytical reasoning and attention to detail; * Organization, deadline discipline, and sense of priority; * Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mindset; * Collaboration and strong interpersonal skills with partner departments. **Location** Belo Horizonte/MG
