Responsibilities of the Apprentice Youth: Assist in the company's administrative and operational activities, developing professional skills and acquiring practical knowledge in a work environment while fulfilling the required apprenticeship working hours. Answer and forward telephone calls, take messages, and ensure efficient communication between the company and its contacts. Assist in organizing documents, completing forms, and maintaining files, ensuring documentation is always up-to-date and accessible. Serve customers, offer services and products, and inform them about product quality and purchase advantages. Restock shelves, price products, and organize the store. Collaborate with the team on daily tasks and specific projects.
