### **Quality Engineer** **Job Description** The professional will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of company processes, products, and services, maintaining and enhancing the Integrated Quality Management System. They will conduct internal and external audits (including suppliers), control and review documentation, as well as propose continuous improvements to ensure operational excellence and compliance with applicable standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain and improve the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS); * Conduct internal and external audits at supplier sites; * Develop and review procedures and work instructions; * Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective/preventive actions; * Support departments in process standardization and improvement; * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience in quality management; * Knowledge of quality management standards and systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001); * Analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving focus; * Availability for travel (when necessary). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in certification audits; * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, FMEA, among others); * Internal Auditor certification.
