Provide technical support for corporate systems and ERP, analyze incidents, logs and databases, develop and maintain system integrations via REST APIs and Python, as well as create and document automated data synchronization routines. Will also monitor integration flows between internal systems, ERP and third-party applications, perform SQL queries, collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, and ensure technical documentation and governance of IT processes.
