Description: Ingredients for the Combo: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of SAP for data consultation and extraction, and ThinkCell; * Prior experience in operational activities and data control (finance and/or PMO experience are advantages); * Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); * Basic Power BI (simple modeling, basic DAX, dashboard publishing and updating); Advantages: * Experience in PMO or governance/portfolio management areas; * Knowledge of project management methodologies; * Prior experience with CAPEX/OPEX control. What will be your challenge? * Maintain up-to-date the PMO’s control tools and spreadsheets, ensuring information standardization; * Perform data cross-checks, reconciliations, and validation across different sources and systems; * Develop and update reports and dashboards for monitoring performance indicators and project status; * Support operational CAPEX control by consolidating financial data and interacting with responsible areas to collect information; * Prepare executive presentations and materials using PowerPoint, ThinkCell, and Power BI; * Conduct follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely portfolio data updates; * Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO management processes and tools. 2512220202491879224
