* Support printers by installing drivers, configuring network devices, and solving problems such as paper jams or connection failures; * Perform computer maintenance through hardware and software diagnostics, replacing defective components, formatting systems, performing physical and logical cleaning, and carrying out necessary updates; * Register users and monitor access permissions via identity management systems (such as Active Directory), creating accounts, defining groups and access rights according to internal policies; * Support ERP and satellite systems by diagnosing errors, coordinating with vendors, and adjusting configurations to meet user requirements; * Provide user support through direct assistance, offering technical solutions, basic training, and remote or on-site support; * Administer computational environments, mapping risks and identifying vulnerabilities using monitoring and auditing tools (such as Zabbix), analyzing and correcting weak points; * Install and configure operating systems, controlling access to corporate environments, performing system installation, permission configuration, drive mapping, and domain integration; * Perform periodic database backups to prevent data loss, using tools or scheduled scripts to store data in secure locations and regularly testing backup integrity; * Proactively monitor, detect, and prevent information security incidents by implementing and configuring antivirus, firewall, IDS/IPS solutions, and conducting regular log audits; * Maintain and configure wired and wireless networks and servers, setting up network devices (APs, switches, routers) and making server adjustments such as IPs, DHCP, and shared resources; * Create accounts, define groups and access rights according to internal policy; * Support ERP and satellite systems by diagnosing errors, coordinating with vendors, and adjusting configurations to meet user demands; * Provide user support through direct service, offering technical solutions, basic training, and remote or on-site support; * Administer computational environments, identifying risks and vulnerabilities using monitoring and auditing tools (such as Zabbix), analyzing and fixing weak points; * Install and configure operating systems, managing access to corporate environments, performing system installation, configuring permissions, mapping drives, and integrating with domains; * Perform periodic database backups to prevent data loss, using automated tools or scripts to store data in secure locations and regularly verifying backup integrity; * Proactively monitor, detect, and prevent information security incidents by implementing and configuring antivirus, firewall, IDS/IPS solutions, and conducting regular log audits; * Maintain and configure wired and wireless networks and servers, configuring network devices (APs, switches, routers) and making server adjustments such as IPs, DHCP, and shared folders; * Manage network access, including computer users, ERP systems, and email, creating and deleting accounts, configuring security groups, and adjusting permissions on managed systems; * Configure PABX using system management software, creating extensions, adjusting permissions, and setting up call queues; * Generate incidents (tickets via IT portal), track and prioritize tickets based on criticality, maintain communication with users, and document solutions; * Manage IT assets using inventory tools to track equipment, software licenses, and ensure preventive maintenance and planned replacements; * Plan, implement, support, and optimize computer systems and networks, analyzing requirements, designing network topologies, implementing projects, and making adjustments for continuous improvement; * Assist in strategies for technological growth and enhancement, including researching new technologies, evaluating cost-benefit ratios, and presenting proposals to management; * Optimize performance of technological resources by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions, analyzing metrics and reports to detect bottlenecks and applying upgrades or technical adjustments; * Apply updates and patches using update management tools (WSUS, SCCM, etc.), testing them first in controlled environments and deploying in production in a planned manner; * Monitor infrastructure health (network, servers, backups) using dashboards and monitoring tools like Zabbix to quickly identify and resolve failures; * Support networks (LAN, WAN, VPNs) by configuring VLANs, adjusting routers, monitoring links, and resolving connectivity issues; * Configure and maintain routers and switches via CLI or graphical interfaces, setting up routing, QoS, VLANs, and security settings; * Assist in enforcing security policies by implementing guidelines defined by the security team, such as firewall configurations and access restrictions; * Review logs to identify threats, using SIEM tools to analyze real-time events and detect anomalous activities; * Update technical documentation of the infrastructure, including creating and revising diagrams, manuals, and status reports to keep information current and accessible; * Record procedures and incidents, documenting actions taken in incident management systems to create a history for future reference; * Support development and technical support teams by providing infrastructure-related assistance, such as server provisioning or resolving complex issues; * Assist in implementing new projects, actively participating in planning and execution, integrating solutions into existing infrastructure and testing compatibility; **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Bachelor's degree in network administration or computer science.
