After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform goods receipt by reviewing the receipt slip issued by the fiscal receiving area, conducting physical verification, confirming receipt, releasing vehicles, completing required documentation, recording materials, and directing them to unloading. * Maintain inventory accuracy by performing inventories, ensuring correct material receipt, and guaranteeing accurate batch registration for material withdrawal. * Ensure received materials comply with specifications by requesting material specifications from suppliers and verifying them against the material master data in inventory. * Generate discrepancy reports for quantity differences between invoiced and received items, coordinating resolution with the Procurement team; and issue Reports of Occurrence (ROs) when quality discrepancies are identified in received materials. * Manage the receiving time window, defining time windows per supplier, validating established windows, monitoring adherence, and implementing corrective actions to address service gaps against scheduled windows. * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical & Environmental) policies, including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with SAP. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Additional information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * Profit-sharing program (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 times your monthly salary. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus transportation. * On-site dental clinic.
