




Job Summary: An IT intern to provide support to employees, perform installations and maintenance tasks, manage service tickets, and assist with technology-related projects. Key Highlights: 1. Project support and system monitoring **Responsibilities** * Provide employee support (hardware, software, network, and e\-mail). * Install, configure, and maintain equipment. * Manage service tickets and resolve incidents. * Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on computers, peripherals, and CCTV systems. * Support projects and monitor systems. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in IT or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, and networking. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Programming (Java, Python, or others). * ERP support experience. * Prior experience in computer, network, or CCTV maintenance. ### **Employment Type:** Internship ### **Department:** INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
