Delivery of operational training * **Job Description:** \-Support production in problem resolution; \-Intervene in production machines and workbenches for problem analysis and implementation of new solutions (as per departmental responsibilities); \-Create and revise work instructions and operational procedures; \-Monitor production adherence to standard production flow; \-Perform production balancing; \-Adjust, program, and set targets for machinery; \-Deliver operational training; \-Prepare reports for data analysis. * **Requirements** Completed technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Processes; Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies. * **Desirable** Experience in the electronics industry; Intermediate English; Green Belt certification.
