Today, we are one of the largest construction and real estate development companies in Ceará, recognized for our credibility, bold projects, and technological innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the construction execution schedule and its weekly targets; * Supervise the supply of materials, machinery, and equipment for construction sites; * Address bottlenecks in construction execution; * Support internal quality audits; * Supervise action plans for non-conformities identified on construction sites; * Conduct planning and quantification of required materials and services for execution; * Ensure updated project documentation is available to the production team; * Resolve technical queries from production teams; * Monitor production teams for quality and productivity control; * Conduct training sessions for production teams, per work instructions; * Receive services executed by production teams; * Monitor labor workforce data for payroll processing; * Supervise measurement of services performed on-site; * Control and monitor site productivity indicators; * Perform other related activities as required by the production area and management guidelines; * **Experience in construction works**, preferably in production (**in-depth knowledge of key construction processes is essential**). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Or completed technical degree in Building Construction; * Basic Excel; * Basic AutoCAD; * Basic MS Project; * Intermediate-level ability to read technical drawings; * Basic knowledge of budget analysis; * Experience interpreting technical standards; * Analytical skills. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
