Strategic engagement with active prospecting **About the Role** We are seeking a communicative, persuasive, and strategically minded individual to join us as a **BDR**, helping generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. If you are passionate about business, enjoy speaking with people, and are driven by goals, this role is for you! **Responsibilities** * Conduct **active lead prospecting** via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp * Qualify leads based on the ideal customer profile * Use CRM tools to log interactions and manage the sales pipeline * Schedule qualified meetings for the Closer team * Perform follow-ups and nurture leads not yet ready to close * Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve processes and messaging **Requirements** * Prior experience as a BDR or SDR (minimum 1 year) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Analytical mindset with data- and goal-oriented approach * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., RD Station, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.) * Organized and disciplined in using cadences and playbooks * Preferred: Experience in consultative selling and/or SaaS companies. **Nice-to-Haves** * Knowledge of methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCT, BANT * Strong ability to analyze ICP and personalize outreach approaches Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
