Responsibilities **Development of Corporate Websites** * Develop **performance-optimized pages for lead generation** on platforms such as WordPress (Elementor), Webflow, or ClickFunnels. * Ensure pages have a **persuasive structure, fast loading speed, and responsive design** for both mobile and desktop. **Optimization of Interfaces for Paid Traffic** * Create **pages and experiences aligned with paid traffic campaigns** (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). * Continuously test and improve visual elements and usability to increase conversion rates. **Web Design and Visual Identity** * Create **attractive and functional layouts** that strengthen Inside's brand identity and that of its clients. * Maintain consistency between ads, landing pages, and visual materials. **Collaboration with Marketing and Paid Traffic Team** * Work closely with traffic specialists to ensure page designs are **aligned with conversion strategies**. * Make quick adjustments to landing pages and websites based on campaign insights. **A/B Testing and Continuous Improvement** * Implement A/B tests to evaluate **which structures and visual elements generate more conversions**. * Analyze page performance metrics (loading time, conversion rate, engagement). **Requirements** Experience in **website and web interface design**. Knowledge of tools such as **WordPress (Elementor), Wix, Figma**. Understanding of **UX/UI principles and conversion optimization**. Experience with **technical SEO/indexing** (for page optimization). Experience with **responsiveness and loading speed**. Ability to **work in a team** and adapt to rapid changes **Advantageous Skills (not required, but a big plus!)** Basic knowledge of **HTML and CSS** for page customization.
