**Job Description:** **Job Description** ====================== The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for defining, evolving, and ensuring the quality of the user experience across Nextpower’s software products—including legacy platforms and new SaaS solutions focused on energy, operational performance, and digital governance. They will collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Business teams, promoting a user-centered approach with emphasis on usability, visual consistency, and perceived value. They will play an essential role in creating and maintaining the corporate Design System, redesigning legacy interfaces, and conceiving new digital experiences that reinforce the company’s visual identity and product scalability. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions; * Create navigation flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces (Figma, FigJam, Miro or equivalent); * Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure alignment between intended experience and technical implementation; * Contribute to defining functional and experiential requirements alongside Product teams; * Participate in the development and evolution of Nextpower’s Design System; * Support the redesign of legacy systems by proposing interface modernization and usability improvements; * Promote accessibility best practices (WCAG) and inclusive design; * Maintain up-to-date documentation of navigation flows and interface components. **Required Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for digital products (preferably B2B or SaaS); * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, FigJam, etc.); * Familiarity with design systems, corporate guidelines, and responsive design practices; * Practical experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban); * Ability to translate technical and business requirements into simple, intuitive experiences; * Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with ability to present concepts and justify design decisions. **Desirable** ------------- * Experience designing SaaS products or enterprise web platforms; * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular or React to better understand technical implementation; * Experience in legacy system migration or platform redesign projects; * Knowledge of UX metrics (UX KPIs, NPS, task success rate); * Intermediate or advanced English; * Interest in energy, technology, and sustainability.
