Team Size: \\The project’s development team consists of approximately 46 people, including developers, architects, project managers, and other technology team members. The selected developer will be part of the development team and will collaborate closely with other developers as well as other technology team members. **Responsibilities:** \\Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software in collaboration with other teams; \\Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other development team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery; \\Provide technical support for software-related issues to other teams and customers; \\Stay current with industry trends and propose innovative and creative initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of technology. **Key Duties:** \\Collaborate with other developers on software projects; \\Write clean, well-documented code that meets business and technical requirements; \\Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality; \\Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on existing software; \\Work closely with other teams—including software quality and infrastructure engineering—to ensure platform consistency and scalability. **Additional Requirements and Qualifications, Tools, Skills, Courses, and Certifications:** \\Proven experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, C#, or Perl. \\Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or other database management systems. \\Proficiency with frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, JSF, Node, or Spring. \\Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. \\Familiarity with agile methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban, LEAN, or SAFe. \\Experience in Design, with skills in tools and techniques such as Interview Protocols, Persona Creation, Empathy Mapping, or Blueprinting. \\Knowledge of commonly used software tools such as Adobe XD, Jira, Wiki, Confluence, InVision, or Miro. \\Skills in UI Design, Coding, Interviews, and Team Leadership. \\Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Financial Services Industry, Technology Specialization, or Team Leadership Experience.
