F360 is seeking a **Mid-Level Product Designer** to work on the design and evolution of digital products, creating user-centered experiences in partnership with Product, Technology, and Business teams. We are a technology company with a collaborative culture, focused on continuous learning and autonomy, where design plays a strategic role in building solutions that generate real value for customers and the business. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your activities will include:** * Designing and evolving digital experiences by creating solutions that simplify the visualization of complex financial data and promote financial literacy among users. * Conducting discovery activities, user research, and usability testing, translating insights into data-driven design decisions. * Translating regulations, business rules, and technical financial concepts into intuitive interfaces, clear and secure user journeys. * Designing flows and interfaces that reduce cognitive load when presenting large volumes of data (transactions, statements, reports, and investments). * Ensuring consistency and integration of the experience across different product areas, promoting a unified journey across the platform. * Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and CX teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions focused on value. * Defining, tracking, and analyzing UX metrics (e.g., conversion, error reduction, retention), linking design decisions to product KPIs. * Influencing product decisions through arguments grounded in data, UX best practices, and advocacy for the user’s perspective. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must have:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Design, UX/UI, Communications, Technology, or related fields. * Experience as a **Product Designer**, working on digital products. * Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma** (or similar), including use of components, Auto Layout, and libraries. * Experience in agile environments (**Scrum and/or Kanban**) and familiarity with tools like **Jira**. * Experience in **discovery**, user research, usability testing, and prototyping. * Ability to use **product/UX data and metrics** to support design decisions. * Strong communication skills to document decisions, justify solutions, and collaborate across disciplines. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS**, and how front-end frameworks (e.g., **React or Vue**) impact design implementation.
