




Benfica Shopping is looking for a professional to strengthen our online presence, engage our audience, and further bring life to our campaigns and events. **Education:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). * Experience with paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads). * Knowledge of design and image/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or similar). * Ability to create and send email marketing campaigns and manage CRM systems. * Understanding of SEO principles and website/WordPress management. * Digital metrics analysis (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). **Behavioral Skills:** * Creativity and innovation. * Proactivity and agility in execution. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork ability and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility to work during events and on demands outside regular business hours. **Desirable Qualifications (not mandatory, but valued):** * Previous experience in retail or shopping malls. * Portfolio of previously executed digital campaigns. * Knowledge in photography and video production. **Responsibilities:** * Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish strategic content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels, strengthening the shopping mall's digital presence. * Digital Campaign Creation: Develop promotional, institutional, and seasonal campaigns aligned with the mall's calendar and business objectives. * Paid Traffic Management: Plan and monitor ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, analyzing performance metrics and optimizing results. * Influencer Relationship Management: Select, negotiate, and oversee partnerships with content creators to increase visibility of the mall's initiatives. * Event Coverage: Conduct real-time documentation and posts of events, inaugurations, and activations at the mall. * Email Marketing and CRM: Create email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives to increase engagement and loyalty. * Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI, conversions) and produce digital performance reports. * Store Support: Assist retailers in promoting products, sales, and joint initiatives on the mall's digital platforms. * Trends and Innovation: Research new developments and propose creative digital strategies that bring audiences closer to the mall. * SEO and Website: Update the mall's website content, applying SEO techniques to improve Google search rankings.
