Requirements: * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and stock image libraries; * Digital portfolio showcasing previously developed materials; * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Programming, Product Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Knowledge of HTML and/or CSS is considered a plus; * Experience in layout design and preparation of rich media materials; * Strong UI/UX expertise. **A glimpse into your day-to-day with us:** * Continuously sourcing assets for developing digital marketing communication materials; * Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior, analyzing emerging trends and references; * Designing layouts with user experience in mind; * Ensuring graphic elements and layouts are visually compelling and reinforce brand identity, aligned with the company’s communication guidelines; * Collaborating closely with other internal teams; * Updating and organizing created materials; * Creating materials, landing pages, and templates for lead generation tools. **Work model:** * Hybrid (Fortaleza/CE and metropolitan region, São Paulo/SP); * Remote (all other regions).
