




**Main Activities** * Retrieve orders from the website and organize them for picking. * Verify information for issuing invoices. * Update products on the website (descriptions, prices, photos, and promotions). * Generate shipping labels (Correios and freight carriers). * Request pickup from Correios. * Assist in dispatching orders with logistics personnel. * Conduct physical inventory counts (in partnership with responsible team). * Provide basic customer support (questions about orders, delivery status, etc.). * Assist in issuing electronic invoices (NF\-e). * Check sales orders and customer registration data. * Help organize fiscal documents and reports for the finance department. * Support administrative spreadsheet management and contact customers to send invoices and payment slips. * Perform administrative support tasks such as file management and internal service. **Requirements** * Completed high school (preferably ongoing technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields). * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet). * Knowledge of billing and NF\-e issuance (advantageous). * Familiarity with updating websites or e\-commerce platforms (WordPress, Wix, Loja Integrada, Shopify, etc.) is desirable. * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Behavioral Competencies** * Good written and verbal communication. * Organization and attention to deadlines. * Ability to learn new digital tools. * Teamwork.
