Our philosophy focuses on professional development, appreciation of people, transparency, respect, and teamwork, providing a healthy work environment and real opportunities for growth. **Responsibilities:** Request, classify, and file accounting documents; Perform accounting bookkeeping; Carry out accounting and bank reconciliations; Assist in fulfilling ancillary obligations; Support the calculation of IRPJ and CSLL – Real Profit. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Work schedule:** Weekly workload: **44 hours**; Working hours: **Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM** **Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM** Lunch break: **1 hour and 30 minutes (agreed upon with leadership)**; Coffee break: 30 minutes **(15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon)**; Hours compensation agreement.
