We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer focused on developing our mobile application. **Your mission:** You will be responsible for ensuring the best technical decisions, promoting code quality, guiding the development team, and helping transform our product vision into robust and scalable solutions. Our app is central to our new strategy, and we are currently in a launch and growth phase. We seek someone with hands-on experience, a collaborative mindset, and passion for building products that have real impact on people's lives—and who will serve as the engineering team’s technical reference. Strategic role. **Your challenge:** Act as the technical reference for the development team (currently focused on JavaScript, React, and React Native stack) Make architectural decisions and jointly guide technical choices with the team Code alongside the team whenever necessary (hands-on) Ensure development best practices, code reviews, and quality management Support technical planning and sprint organization Mentor and support the technical growth of developers on the team Help scale the app with a focus on performance, security, and user experience **Requirements:** Solid fullstack development experience, especially with JavaScript, React (web), and React Native (mobile) Experience in technical leadership of teams or projects Experience making architectural decisions and defining development standards Product-oriented mindset and ability to balance technical quality with business objectives Strong communication skills, active listening, and collaborative attitude Ability to prioritize technical tasks in high-demand scenarios with lean teams Experience with databases (Postgres) and cloud infrastructure (AWS) Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology completed. **Nice-to-have:** Knowledge of or interest in cybersecurity Prior published apps on app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play) Experience developing for devices Background in startups or product teams focused on impact and agility
