Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * **Site Strategy:** Development and annual maintenance of the LATAM transportation strategy, including creation of strategic documents, analysis of survey and program data, distribution of site metrics, and monitoring of transportation data trends (parking, mode split, attendance rates). * **Employee Engagement:** Planning and coordination of local transportation-related events, development of communication and marketing materials, promotion of transportation programs, management of newsletters, and creation of detailed communication plans. * **Vendor Coordination:** Serving as the primary point of contact for external transportation service providers, including parking teams, electric vehicles, bicycles, ride-sharing, and local public transit agencies. * **Client Management:** Partnering with Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS), responding to client requests, sending weekly updates to Google’s relationship manager, and delivering presentations to local employees. * **Financial Management:** Monitoring site budget, tracking vendor invoices, adjusting forecasts, creating purchase orders, and processing payroll for incentive programs. * **Contract Management:** Tracking all site contracts, expiration dates, and providing advance alerts for renewals. * **Communications:** Managing email inquiries, maintaining standardized responses, creating content for employee forums, and supporting general meetings. * **Program Management:** Collaborating with operational teams to monitor Vanpool, Public Transit, Carpool, and Commuter Coaching programs, and providing backup support to other Transportation Coordinators. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Advanced or fluent English is mandatory * Solid experience coordinating transportation or logistics * Experience coordinating transportation and mobility within Facilities is a plus * Strong knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, contracting, and client relationship management * Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, and mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Knowledge of transportation management systems * Willingness to travel occasionally * Flexibility to work across different time zones in the LATAM region * Familiarity with local transportation regulations * Experience in sustainability and urban mobility (desirable) Location: Butantã – São Paulo/SP Work Mode: On-site JLL fosters a diverse and inclusive culture.
