Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify and capture new areas for expansion; * Maintain and enhance the existing external customer portfolio; * Cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with international distributors and *key accounts*; * Closely monitor portfolio sales performance (volume and value), identifying opportunities for *cross-selling* and *up-selling*; * Ensure operational, logistical, and marketing alignment so customers achieve their goals in local markets; * Lead negotiation cycles (pricing, contracts, payment terms) in a manner profitable for the Group; * Conduct market studies to identify regions, countries, and segments with high demand potential for 3Corações Group products; * Assess commercial, regulatory, tax, and competitive barriers in target markets; * Develop *Go-to-Market* plans for new markets, defining the optimal distribution channel (direct, via agent, exclusive distributor, etc.); * Proactively prospect new *partners* and distributors, negotiating initial partnership terms; * Develop and review the Export area’s annual sales plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic plan. * Monitor market-entry metrics and internal and external KPIs with business partners; * Serve as the primary liaison between external customers/markets and internal 3Corações departments (Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction; * Undertake strategic international travel to visit customers, attend industry trade fairs, and conduct prospecting missions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, or International Trade. * MBA in International Trade Management preferred. **Required** * Fluent English and Spanish; * Experience in market prospecting, with focus on North America and South America; * Proficiency in brand launch strategies and methodologies; * Knowledge of the product development cycle for export-exclusive products. **Preferred** * Familiarity with PDCA methodology; * Understanding of *route-to-market* strategies for brand launch and development abroad; * Experience developing export-exclusive new products. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Annual Bonus.
