Description: * Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (formulas, dashboards, data analysis); * Solid experience in reverse logistics, covering the entire operational and financial flow; * Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics chain, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and return processes; * Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a corporate environment; * Communicative profile, with strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and a strong sense of urgency; * Analytical ability and focus on continuous process improvement. * Managing the operational flow of reverse logistics via email, telephone, internal systems, control spreadsheets, and weekly meetings; * Scheduling and tracking returns across Brazil, coordinating with carriers and Distribution Centers (DCs); * Validation, control, and monitoring of the entire return process until account reconciliation is completed; * Reporting to the Finance Department, ensuring accurate account reconciliation and tracking the status of invoices; * Preparing and sending a weekly return forecast to relevant departments, ensuring operational visibility and planning; * Developing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans for continuous improvement, and preparing management reports for results presentation; 251222020249885993
