Job Summary: The professional will issue and track service orders using ERP and Kanban systems, and assist in tool control and production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility to learn about flexography. **Responsibilities** Issue service orders (S.O.) and monitor their workflow. Use ERP systems oriented toward production (basic level). Apply basic Kanban concepts for controlling and issuing S.O. Identify and record tools and resources involved in production processes. Accurately execute repeat orders and digital printing requests. Assist in tool control and inventory. **Desired Profile /** **Technical Skills** Basic knowledge of Excel. Understanding of production processes and operational flow. Ability to collect, record, and organize information. **Behavioral Skills** Proactivity and willingness to learn from more experienced professionals. Attention to detail and daily agility. Organization and discipline to manage routines and deadlines. Strong communication skills to support departments such as production, pre\-press, and warehouse. General understanding of printing processes, preferably flexography. (**Preferred**) **Preferred:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Minimum Requirement:** Technical qualification in Production Planning and Control. **Field of Study:** Production Engineering and related fields.
