Lead driver and administrative teams The Food Sector is seeking a Fleet Coordinator based in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the operation of light and heavy vehicles, ensuring 100% availability. Comprehensively manage maintenance—both preventive and corrective—and control related costs for fuel, tires, and claims. Monitor KPIs, including telematics, average consumption, and cost per vehicle. Administer supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations. Exercise leadership over drivers and the administrative team, promoting safety and adoption of best practices. Oversee fleet documentation, including licensing, insurance, inspections, and IPVA. Support processes related to vehicle acquisition, renewal, disposal, or leasing. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Transportation Supervisor, Transportation Coordinator, or Fleet Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
