As a Back Office Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the company's daily activities. Your main responsibilities will include managing administrative processes, monitoring projects, and resolving technical issues. It is essential that you demonstrate active listening, planning and organizational skills, as well as commitment to excellence in every task. Handling requests related to electricity; Responding to new electricity connection requests; Changing account ownership; Rebilling; Responding to requests within the proposed timeframe; Working towards targets; And other back office (BKO) activities. Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; Working hours: 08:00 to 18:00 Additionally, we seek someone with strong technical documentation writing skills, who is proactive in identifying and solving problems, and possesses logical reasoning to make informed decisions.
