The contract lasts 15 months, with formal registration by ESPRO as a Young Apprentice, 6 hours of work per day, and a 15-minute break. The ESPRO course will be conducted online from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the first 12 business days after hiring. After that, on-the-job training begins, and the course will be held once a week, in person at the ESPRO unit nearest your residence.
