Product quality control and department organization * Supervise and monitor store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of departments. * Monitor and support customer service, ensuring quality standards and service excellence. * Conduct quality control checks on products displayed in showcases and shelves according to company standards. * Monitor activities in the store's bar, salon, and showcase departments, ensuring organization and operational alignment. * Monitor and oversee the team's customer service schedule, ensuring adequate shift coverage. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, reconciliations, and required recordkeeping. * Support the team in operational routines and other related job duties.
